Terms and Conditions1. CONTACT US If you would like to get in touch with us for any reason whether it be regarding product advice, changing or enquiring about your order, then please e-mail us. We receive 100's of e-mails a week but our team of product experts and customer service advisors will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours. If you would like to speak to one of our customer service team for any reason we would be delighted to hear from you. DELIVERY All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. We shall endeavour to deliver the goods you have purchased within 3-5 working days. If there are any delays we will notify you as soon as possible. We normally deliver direct to your door, using 1st class recorded mail. You can specify a workplace address at checkout. The delivery address must be in the UK. Delivery is £5.99 irrespective of the number of items ordered. A signature will be required on delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered to you. Unfortunately we are unable to arrange delivery to any PO Box Number within the UK. For shipment to any other country please e-mail us and we will be pleased to provide a quotation. 3. RETURNS POLICY “What if I just don’t like the goods or they are the wrong size?” We hope you're happy with your new purchase from Wear It Out! However, if you're unhappy for any reason here's what to do: Return it to us unused within 14 days of purchase and we will give you the option of: (1) placing a new order on the website to receive your chosen replacement item(s) or (2) a full refund, once processed through our warehouse. When you return the item to us, please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and that the manufacturers' tags are still attached. We can only accept returned goods if they are of merchandisable quality. We will not accept returned goods if they have been worn or used. Sorry but we don't refund the initial delivery to you and you will need to pay the postage to send the parcel back to us. It is advisable to send returns by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post. Footwear Purchases and Returns - Should you decide to purchase footwear online be aware that you should try to test the footwear around the house, as footwear that has been worn outside will not be considered or accepted for a full refund. Any footwear returned to us must be in its original packaging (please do not stick stamps or tape to the original packaging) and this must be returned in either a box or jiffy bag. Any footwear returned in its original packaging only, will not be eligible for a refund. If you require a different size please place a new order on our website. Any postage charges incurred for the return of footwear and subsequent charges for the delivery of an alternative size or model will be paid for by the customer. But what if I discover my goods are faulty?" Don't worry; if on receipt of your goods you discover they are faulty or damaged please send an e-mail as soon as possible. We will either; refund the goods, replace or repair them or issue a credit note depending on the circumstances. 4. RETURNS PROCEDURE If you need to return an item we want to make it as easy and painless as possible for you. In order to do this we need your help, so please take the following steps so that we can process your package on its return to us: STEP 1 - Either e-mail or phone us on 028 28272277 and explain the situation. STEP 2 - Package the item appropriately and write your order number on the outside. STEP 3 - Enclose a brief note explaining the situation and what action you would like us to take. Remember to write your order number on the note so that we can identify your goods. Goods returned without a covering note will not be entered into the returns system. STEP 4 - Remember to place a new order on our website if you require a replacement for an unsuitable item. This enables us to dispatch your new goods as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you follow these 4 simple steps we will be able to process your return quickly and efficiently. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any further information or advice. 5. PAYMENT OPTIONS You can pay for your goods through Paypal, even if you do not have your own Paypal account set up. We also accept credit cards (through Paypal), Cheque or Postal Order. Obviously all funds have to be cleared before despatch. If someone has a particular request, please email us and we will certainly try to help. Please make any cheques, etc, payable to ‘Wear It Out’. 6. VAT Our prices include VAT where applicable. 7. REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION Wear It Out reserves the right to refuse any order placed for any reason whatsoever. Non-acceptance of an order may arise from, but is not limited to, product unavailability, lack of payment authorization from your cardholder, or the identification of an error within the price or product details. We will contact you immediately if for whatever reason we are unable to fulfil your order. Wear It Out reserves the right to withdraw any products from the Wear It Out website at any time and/or to remove or edit content from the site. We will incur no liability to you or any third party if we withdraw a product from the website. 8. SECURITY & DATA PROTECTION We accept secure online payments via Paypal secure servers. A Paypal account is no longer required to make payments, it is now simply a matter of selecting which card you wish to have debited. We do not store your card details, we don't even see them. When you purchase goods from us it is done via a secure server using Paypal's 128 bit SSL encryption (the highest available commercially). 9. PRIVACY Wear It Out is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). The type of information we collect simply allows us to complete your order or enquiry as follows: (1) Name. (2) Address. (3) Phone Number. (4) Email Address. Your personal information will only be used for the following reasons: (1) To process your order. (2) To contact you if we have a problem with your order. (3) Internal data analysis to improve the website and our service to you. We will not let your details be used by a third party. 10. WEBSITE CONTENT Although every effort is made to ensure complete accuracy, some prices or details shown on the website may change from time to time, and it is possible that errors will occur. We will use reasonable endeavours to rectify any errors as swiftly as possible. Every effort has been made to ensure the descriptions and price of goods are correct. We will inform you as soon as possible in the event of such an error, you will have the option of either: (1) confirming your offer to purchase subject to the corrected description or price, or (2) retracting your offer to purchase and receiving a full refund if the goods have been paid for. All of this is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. 11. DISCLAIMER All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on the site are the property of their owners. Throughout our site we have provided many of the manufactures' product information and specifications, to help you make an informed choice. This information is correct at the time of writing and will be updated as soon as any changes are required. Wear It Out is not liable for compensation or any losses incurred due to late deliveries or goods discovered to be faulty after use. 12. Changes to Terms and Conditions Wear It Out reserves the right to alter these Terms & Conditions at any time without specifically notifying its customers other than via the Wear It Out website.
